To provide the learner with the basic skills and knowledge to carry out activity in Confined Spaces


Upon successful completion of the training course, participants should be able to:  Identify safe methods of entry  Correctly assess the risks from the confined space.  Demonstrate the necessary practical skills to identify the need, use and maintenance of Breathing Apparatus.  Demonstrate the health and safety requirements whilst carrying out work in confined spaces.  Ensure that the permit to work is valid and applicable  To identify a safe working atmosphere, with Gas and Oxygen detection equipment
