Good customer service can be the key to an Organisation's success. Likewise, ineffecive service can mean losing out vital contracts to our competitors. It is important for all staff, whether site based or office based, to be fully customer focused and aware of how to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Utilise can offer a range of customer service qualifications. We are the only provider in the North West of England accredited to deliver the Institute of Customer Service Programmes "First Impressions" and "Service Management" and can also offer a range of other programmes, from one day courses to full vocational courses. We are fully conversant with the QCF framework and up to date with industry requirements.
Utilise can also deliver team leading, supervisor and Management qualifications, business administration programmes as well as the new QCF qualifications in assessment and internal quality assurance.
