Double Success for Utilise Training

Staff at Utilise Training and Development Solutions are celebrating after being awarded a national quality standard for their delivery of information, advice and guidance on learning and work.

The Matrix Standard is the national quality standard for any organisation delivering information, advice and/or guidance on learning and work. The accolade recognises the effectiveness of the information advice and guidance provided by Utilise to its customers and staff.

The report praised Utilise for the quality of their training, stating:-

“The company has clearly established itself as a provider of quality training, and throughout the assessment people spoke in positive terms of the service provided”

This success in the matrix standard follows on from Utilise’s recent success in an inspection by OFSTED. The overall effectiveness of provision was deemed to be good, and the report praised the organisation in many different areas.
