NVQ Levels 2, 3 and 4
The NVQ Level 2 course in Team Leading is a fully funded four day* course that will help to develop the skills and knowledge that team leaders need in order to manage their resources and lead a motivating, achieving team.
Through a fully participative programme of training and assessment, candidates will look at key leadership areas including communication, time management, motivating &leading their team and health and safety.
The NVQ levels 3 & 4 are ideal career progression tools for Managers wanting to enhance and develop their Management skills.
The level 3 course is ideally suited to those responsible for a team, who take decisions and want to achieve results. The Level 4 programme is aimed at Managers responsible for a broader remit that includes recruitment, the management of change and some financial control. Both the programmes will cover essential aspects of management with additional options that can be tailored to the specific needs of each organisation. The courses will combine training and assessment, and upon completion of the course, candidates will achieve a nationally recognised management qualification which will benefit not only themselves and their career prospects, but the effectiveness of your organisation.
