
Awarding Body CABWI recently highlighted the excellent work done by Utilise staff Tony Loweth and Paul Dutton in helping with the development of the new suite of CABWI QCF qualifications and assessments. New Roads and Streetworks - UPDATE
Did you know that as of April 6th 2011 it is no longer possible for holders of a Streetworks Qualification Register (SWQR) card to gain automatic card renewal? Changes to the rules governing the qualification mean that anybody whose card has expired or is due to expire must be reassessed before they can reapply and continue to work.
Utilise T.D.S. is a CABWI approved NRSWA Assessment and Reassessment Training Provider. We are one of only two authorised centres who have already successfully taken candidates through this course. We can offer you either:
The next one day refresher and reassessment course will take place on 13th September 2011 at our Lowton premises.

Utilise is pleased to inform all our customers that we are now an accredited provider for Institute of Customer Service programmes "First Impressions" and "Service Management". These are highly regarded courses which cover essential elements of customer care for all industries and organisations. Utilise will ensure that we tailor the programmes specifically to the industry we are dealing with.
The programmes can be delivered at Utilise premises or at your site and duration and details will be agreed with each client to suit their own requirements. All participants on the courses will receive one years associate membership to the Institute of Customer Service.
